Hydrogen initiatives made such progress over one year in both the Netherlands and Japan. And yet there are still many issues to be discussed yet. During the World Hydrogen Summit in Rotterdam on May 14th hydrogen experts from the Netherlands and Japan got together to discuss key topics including Safety & Standard, Offtaking & Use, Infrastructure progress and Hydrogen Carrier at NL – JP Bilateral Hydrogen Workshop. The workshop was started with Vice Minister, Mr. Michel Heijdra, EZK Netherlands and Vice Minister Mr. Shin Hosaka, METI Japan. Both countries have ambitious target to use hydrogen to decarbonize with smart approaches and technological strength. Companies and institutions from both countries learned and exchanged ideas during 2.5 hour dense workshop
